Y6 Residential Trip

This week Year 6 enjoyed a three day visit to PGL Liddington Activity Centre. They all had an amazing time participating in a range of exhilarating activities such as: Crate Stacking, Abseiling, Raft Building, Orienteering, Problem Solving and Zip Wire! They were challenged and pushed well out of their comfort zones which certainly helped to develop their determination and resilience. It was wonderful to see how supportive they were of one another. The children were incredibly well behaved and a credit to the school. Well done Year 6, we are so proud of you!

A HUGE thank you to Mr Burgess, Miss Summers and Mrs McArdell for giving up their time to take the children on the visit and for making it such a positive and memorable experience!

Community Forum

We were delighted to welcome some new faces to our Community Forum on Monday. During the session the groups discussed how we can further support families with e-Safety and digital wellness. In addition to this, we reviewed local community links which are useful to direct families to access support. These links will become available on our Community Links webpage in the near future.

Upcoming Community Forum dates: Monday 19th May 3-4pm and Monday 23rd June 3-4pm. A creche facility will be available.

Funky Hat Parade and Easter Disco

In school today, we have enjoyed an Easter Fun Day! The children took part in an Easter Parade wearing their Funky Easter Hats – wow, they looked amazing! Da iawn everyone! The children have also had a great time this afternoon during our Easter Discos. All children have been given an Easter Egg to take home.

Easter Assembly

This week we welcomed members of Bethesda Church who delivered a special Easter Assembly to Reception – Year 3. The children enjoyed learning all about the Easter Story.
